- My favorite restaurant in Charlotte that never dissapoints.
- Kudos to the owners (3 sisters) of Carpe Diem for creating a lovely establishment!
- The place is beautiful, lots of dark wood and old looking wall with white table clothes, smooth service, mostly very friendly.

- My wife and I had dinner at Carpe Diem prior to going to a show uptown, the food and service was excellent!...W shared the grilled grape salad, a nice balance of bitter greens and sweet grapes....We shared 2 appatisers, the Thai carpaccio was outstanding the best carpaccio i have ever had....My wife had the duck and she loved it....I went for comfort food with the fried chicken, best of my life the pepper gravy is unbelievable!
